During my internship, I worked at the intersection of data analysis and operational automation, with a strong focus on reducing manual processes. I independently designed and implemented a series of Microsoft Power Automate workflows that fully digitized the organization’s training lifecycle, from participant invitations to post-session certification.

Alongside automation, I supported internal decision-making by transforming raw market and investigative data into structured reports and newsletters. I also conducted ESG data audits on over 100 French companies, identifying overlooked compliance gaps in Scope 1 and 2 reporting timelines and providing a more accurate regulatory overview. All processes were documented to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer.

This role focused on using data to better understand digital performance and market dynamics. I worked with performance metrics and market signals to support data-driven marketing decisions, including competitive benchmarking and monitoring engagement trends to evaluate positioning and content effectiveness. I also contributed to basic target audience research by reviewing campaign results and testing content variations to better understand audience response.

Insights from KPI analysis were then used to refine digital strategy, contributing to a 40% increase in engagement through data-backed content adjustments. I produced recurring Excel-based performance reports to support campaign optimization and provide clear inputs for ongoing strategic decisions.
